Roasted Home Fries

2 baking potatoes, cut into wedges 2
30 ml canola oil 2 tbsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp


In a large bowl; toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Roast in preheated 375 F (190 C) for 60 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Serves 2
